Who We Are
At Under the Oak Catering, we are a full-service caterer providing true farm to table cuisine and five-star service for your wedding, corporate or special event, luncheon, family celebration and anything in between. Available to service the Triangle area, Johnston County, and beyond. Including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Cary, Garner, Smithfield, Clayton, Benson, and Fayetteville.
We have a passion for local sourcing and creating custom menus to fit your needs, as well as highlighting North Carolina’s fine produce and ingredients. We take great pride in our scratch cooking and local sourcing. Ninety percent of our ingredients come from the great state of NC. Being a chef owned and operated company, food quality and service are our top priorities, as well as using sustainable, non-gmo ingredients whenever possible.
What We Do
We offer a variety of food and bar options, including upscale southern, contemporary American, global cuisine, culturally themed menus, custom creations, dietary restricted menus, beer and wine, open bars, specialty cocktails, mocktails and more. All menus are chef crafted and made from scratch with an attention to detail and seasoning like no other. We cook onsite at your event as close to service as possible, delivering the freshest and highest quality local fare around.
Available for full-service catering, drop off catering, corporate catering delivery, lunch catering, on and off-site catering, bar services, as well as private or special events at our facility in Downtown Smithfield.
